Contemporary satire is a powerful and influential genre that continues to captivate audiences and inspire critical thinking. Its relevance in today's world cannot be overstated.  I use my infinite imagination to describe the failings of humankind. The subject matter is drawn from my own auto ethnographic life experiences, and, the absurd dysfunctional episodes within both multinational, multicultural histories, and contemporary colonial west sociocultural absurdities. 

The work below represents a  progressive view of the way satire may be interpreted within a wide range of painting styles. The latter half of this page demonstrates my long term investigation of satire as painting, several of these works are more about style and less concerned with satirical content.  The new work is a recontextualization of my previous style exhibited at the beginning of  my past paintings tab. All new work is produced in Acrylic paint.
